Global Energy Heroes Prize

Stanford Global Energy Heroes is a competition to recognize young people around the world who are creating sustainable energy solutions to benefit their communities.

Sponsored by the Precourt Institute for Energy's Global Energy Forum, the competition aims to inspire direct action to reduce carbon emissions in communities worldwide to: provide access to affordable energy; minimize environmental impact such as air and water pollution and carbon dioxide emissions; and enable scalability and wide adoption. Open to organizations led by people aged 18 to 30 years old from around the world. Winners of the Global Energy Heroes prize receive $20,000 (USD) towards advancing their work.
