David Carroll

David Carroll is the President and CEO of Gas Technology Institute (GTI).  Since 2006, he has overseen the company’s operations and directs its programs for developing technologies, products, and services that create exceptional value for customers in the natural gas and related industries. Prior to joining GTI, he held various technical and management positions with Praxair, Inc., Liquid Carbonic Industries, and Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. Mr. Carroll became the President of the International Gas Union (IGU) in 2015.  He serves on the board of National Fuel Corporation, is a member of the American Gas Foundation Board of Trustees as well as on the Governing Board of the Stanford Natural Gas Initiative.
